Darin Eich, Ph.D.

Darin helps people learn how to become themselves, find and live their strengths, and become more innovative people and leaders. He is a professional speaker, consultant, educator, facilitator, motivator, and brainstormer. He is a founder of CollegeMotivation, ThroughCollege, and BrainReactions, a professional brainstorming and innovation services company. Darin does a wide variety of very cool projects ranging from speaking to helping institutions develop leadership programs and retreats to facilitating professional brainstorm innovation sessions for some of the most innovative Fortune 500 companies.

Darin has been a graduate student at the College of William and Mary, University of Maryland, and earned his PhD at the University of Wisconsin. Darin has authored a variety of leadership development publications and is finishing his leadership development doctoral dissertation detailing his research-based theory of high quality leadership programs.
